Remove The Bowing Siding & Upgrade Look with New Siding and Flattering Accents
Vinyl siding can be a great solution as a low maintenance and cost effect siding. However, after 20 plus years, the siding on this house was showing the evidence of poor installation. Many sections were starting to bow and even detach from the house. When the homeowners determined it was time to start looking at remodeling their home, they devoted a lot of time to researching siding options. They found that James Hardie’s fiber cement siding would meet their needs aesthetically, while still allowing them to have a low maintenance exterior.
The homeowners had already interviewed another company to undertake the Hardie siding project. Keeping in mind their research about how important proper installation was to the overall life and appearance of the siding, they had real concerns about the company’s ability to undertake and complete the installation to manufacturer’s standards. They found TruGuard’s information on James Hardie’s website. After meeting with our consultant, they decided TruGuard was the company they wanted to complete their project. We offered them the experience of a James Hardie Elite Preferred Installer with all the experience and training that provides, the care of a project manager to help keep their project running smoothly, the option to follow the progress of their project with daily notes and pictures through an online portal and peace of mind, knowing that we would work tirelessly to make sure they are completely satisfied with their project.
New Low Maintenance Fiber Cement Siding and Stone Veneer Accents
TruGuard removed existing siding and installed James Hardie 8.25” Cedermill Hardieplank in a Woodstock Brown with Arctic White Hardie Trim and Boxing. We installed stone veneer over the foundation wall, along the front of the house and along the bottom section of the garage. The combination of the Hardie siding and veneer created a stunning new look for the home’s exterior that achieved the homeowner plans for an updated look for their home. In addition, we also installed gutters and updated their portico and front entrance with a new ceiling and stone work on the columns. The result is a home this family can be proud of, resting assured that the work was done correctly and they’ll be able to enjoy it for years to come.
