When people think of a stereotypical contractor they think of a crew that’s never there when they say they will be, that takes longer than they say they will, that tries to brush over and avoid communication when issue arises and that probably won’t be around long enough to honor any warranty they may offer. Anyone would be frustrated dealing with all that!

TruGuard Construction Group’s team works every day to help homeowners recognize the importance of this fact in their decision making when hiring a contractor. How are we doing that? TruProcess. We follow this 3 step process with each of our jobs:
We will set an initial consultation meeting, during which our consultant will gather information about the homeowners exact wants, needs, and expectations. We will then customize a proposal for the specific renovation and present it during a follow-up discussion. This proposal includes everything the homeowner needs to know about the project from start to finish. During this meeting, we can also help make design decisions and answer any and all questions the homeowner may have.
Once the project planning is finalized, it moves into the hands of our Production Team. The homeowner will be given access to our cloudbased project management software where they can retrieve up-to-date information about their renovation including photos, schedules, and documents. They will also be assigned a dedicated project manager. The project manager will be with them every step of the way during the construction process. He/she will be available at all times to make sure we are surpassing expectations. When the renovation is complete, the project manager will take the homeowner on a walk-through to make sure everything was completed exactly as anticipated. They will also receive a follow-up call to make sure they are still happier than ever with their completed project.
Our guarantee does not end when the crew leaves. Every TruGuard project comes with a manufacturer and workmanship warranty for peace of mind. Do we get many warranty calls? Rarely. When you do things right the first time, they last for the long haul. If at any point our customer experiences trouble with their construction project, they can give us a call and we will take care of it immediately.
